Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and collaborate with Project Managers to ensure successful project completion from start to finish.
- Manage daily construction projects and maintain accurate project documentation, both electronically and physically.
- Enter data into Vista software and create project numbers.
- Generate and issue Subcontractor contracts and purchase orders, ensuring all terms and conditions are met.
- Verify subcontractor qualifications, including licenses and insurance certificates.
- Coordinate material orders and delivery schedules with vendors.
- Complete Pre-Lien and Lien Releases as part of payment processing.
- Oversee and manage project paperwork, including permits, safety books, and site documentation.
- Maintain a positive and proactive attitude in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of permit processes and subcontractor management.
- Proficiency in billing, invoicing, and Vista software.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
