Title: Property Coordinator
Hours: M-F, 8am - 5pm. There's plenty of food/lunch options here onsite
Duties will include:
- Answer phones,
- Greet/coordinate tenants who stop by the management office and need something,
- Manage our work order system,
- Tenant conference room reservations,
- Handle ordering the office and coffee bar supplies,
- Manage the janitorial walks,
- Send monthly cleanable sf summary for the cleaning company,
- Update the stacking plans,
- Send tenant emails for the mobile credentials for the building doors,
- Send tenant memos for property related events and work notices
- Prep the monthly aging
- Run the commercial billing reports and send rental statements
- Engage our team to help resolve issues, we need a gate keeper, etc.
