Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at KIPP MA
KIPP MA is seeking a passionate and flexible Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide behavioral analysis and intervention support for general and special education students in grades K-12. The BCBA will work across our Boston and Lynn campuses, collaborating with mental health practitioners, student support teams, school leaders, and teachers to implement a tiered approach to behavior support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP).
• Monitor and analyze data to ensure the effectiveness of interventions.
• Provide training to staff and parents on behavior management techniques.
• Support special education teams and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Foster positive, inclusive, and culturally responsive school environments.
Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• 2-3 years of experience working with children and adolescents using behavior analytic strategies.
• Strong organizational skills and a commitment to equity and anti-racism.
