Partnering with a nationally recognized law firm seeking a Mid-level Associate to join its prominent litigation team in their Milwaukee office. The ideal candidate should have 4+ years of experience in federal and state civil litigation, preferably in the personal injury and/or product liability defense context. The ideal candidate will have experience in all aspects of a civil case including handling fact and expert discovery, drafting and arguing evidentiary and dispositive motions, as well as participate in court conferences, hearings and trials.
- Experience with product liability, toxic and mass torts, and personal injury is required.
- Strong research skills, writing skills, and academic record is essential.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic litigation team.
- Juris Doctorate (JD) required. Must be licensed to practice law in the State of Wisconsin.
