We're seeking an experienced Oracle PPM Analyst (50% Functional 50% Technical) to join our client's team. As a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Oracle Fusion Cloud, you'll play a critical role in analyzing, configuring, and supporting financial systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure compliance with industry controls, and drive process improvements. We need someone strong in PPM, OTBI, BIP and Fusion. This opportunity is 100% remote and permanent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead discovery and requirements gathering sessions for Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials (GL, FA, CM, Projects)
- Perform functional testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing
- Provide production support for finance functions and troubleshoot issues
- Collaborate with MDM, Security, Integration, and Reporting teams on cross-functional issues
- Manage service requests, application support, and Oracle Cloud operations
- Develop training materials and communication plans for new financial systems or process changes
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in financial analysis or business analysis roles
- 3+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion FIN modules (GL, FA, CM, Projects, or EPM)
- 2+ full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Fusion Finance modules
- Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with financial processes (month-end/year-end close, reconciliation, consolidation)
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
