We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our team, specializing in assisting small business clients who are pursuing litigation to enforce the refund of their Employee Retention Tax Credit (ERTC) claims. This role will be crucial in the initial intake process, working closely with clients to gather necessary documentation, including tax forms and financial records, and ensuring efficient scheduling of follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the intake process for new clients seeking ERTC litigation services.
- Collect and organize all required tax forms, financial documents, and related materials.
- Schedule follow-up meetings and calls with clients to ensure timely submission of documents.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within our case management system.
