Job Title: Office Support Specialist
Location: Paramus, NJ
Type: On-Site, Interim (3-4 months)
Compensation: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour dependent upon experience
Job Description:
We’re seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our client’s team in Paramus, NJ. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our office with a primary focus on heavy data entry tasks. This is an interim role, with an estimated duration of 3-4 months.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform extensive data entry and ensure accuracy and completeness of data.
• Maintain and update databases and records.
• Provide general office support including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, answering phones, and
managing correspondence.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
• Collaborate with team members and assist with special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a
plus.
• Proven experience in a data entry role.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
