Summary:
Manage Construction activities to complete project on time, on budget and with company quality standards.
Maintain vendor accountability while providing the client the best possible experience.
Responsibilities:
Review Plans, Project Schedule and Project Binder to learn project specifics
Participate in Kick‐off and Pre‐construction meetings for all projects
Review of project schedules to confirm you are on track with all scheduled activities
Review of plans/sketches along with any changes orders to confirm you understand the scope of work for each project
Review of project specs/selections to confirm what we have and what's needed
Review the scopes of work for each trade so you are in a position to direct them when they arrive on site
Meet with trades at start of work to confirm scope of work
Supervise day to day trade labor and material delivery
Work with clients and vendors to generate and post all change orders
Confirm completeness of material deliveries
Work with vendors to confirm material takeoffs
Quickly return all materials when phase of construction is complete
Review and approve all project payment requests
Confirm projects are on schedule and communicate to Jim any updates that need to be made
Do a final QC walkthrough with each trade as they complete their work
Take daily progress photos of each project and upload to BuilderTREND upload ‐ be sure to number and label photo folder
Generate daily logs for every site under your supervision
Keep jobsite clean and neat at all times
Make sure each jobsite is locked each day
Manage walkthrough meetings
Attend all owner required training
Maintain company vehicle by keeping it clean and serviced
