Job Summary: As a Client Success Specialist at Social Indoor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients achieve their advertising goals and derive maximum value from our services. You will act as a trusted advisor, providing exceptional support, fostering relationships, and guiding clients through their advertising journeys. You will have an opportunity to offer all of our media services and there is opportunity to upsell and drive revenues as well for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Onboarding and Training: Guide new clients through the onboarding process, providing training on our platforms and services to help them effectively use our solutions.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing clients with regular updates and actionable insights to optimize their advertising strategies.
- Problem Resolution: Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, facilitating solutions and ensuring a seamless experience.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and support for client objectives with right candidate.
- Feedback Loop: Gather client feedback and relay insights to the product and development teams for continuous improvement of our offerings.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on client performance and engagement metrics to both clients and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in client success, account management, or a related role, preferably in the advertising or media industry. Open to on job training as well for entry level candidates.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software, preferably Hubspot.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Salary Range: $50,000 - $55,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. There is opportunity to incorporate commissions or bonuses into final compensation plan with the right candidate.
