Overview:
The Clinic Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality patient care in a clinic setting. Working under close supervision, this role collaborates with physicians or APP providers to ensure an efficient and safe clinic environment is promoted through well-defined clinical processes and an adherence to established protocols. The Clinic RN will also perform administrative work as needed, such as reconciling information across various healthcare documents, including patient records, physician notes, diagnostic reports, and treatment plans.

Responsibilities: Reviews clinical procedures, protocols, and practices to ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
Provides direct patient care; conducts comprehensive assessments, administers medications and treatments, and monitors patients' conditions to ensure optimal health outcomes.
Coaches and reviews the work of lower-level professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure high-quality care delivery and professional development.
Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, facilitate communication, and promote continuity of care across different healthcare settings.

EDUCATION:
Required: Associate's Degree in Nursing
Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

Required:
Registered Nurse license in North Carolina or a Compact state
BLS (CPR)-American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider
