Millwright Sales Representative / Project Manager

We are looking for a Millwright Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in millwright services, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building long-term relationships with clients. This position will also require some project management to lead and coordinate projects. You will work closely with clients to define project goals, develop detailed plans, and drive execution.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and pursue sales opportunities for millwright services and products.
· Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients on millwrighting solutions.
· Preparing proposals and negotiating contracts with clients.
· Identifying local business opportunities and challenges
· Maintaining and organizing project files.
· Communicating with the field team to ensure projects are completed accurately and on time.
· Lead the team to achieve the project’s goals.
Skills/Experience required
· Proven experience in sales, preferably in the grain market and millwright industry.
· Strong technical knowledge of millwright services and machinery.
· Read and Interpret Blueprints.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Willingness to travel.
What We Offer
Salary- depending on experience. $90K-$110K
