Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Field Service Engineer at Direc Machine Tool LLC. The Senior Field Service Engineer will be responsible for providing service and support on CNC machinery, troubleshooting technical issues, performing preventive maintenance, and delivering top-notch customer service. While the role is primarily located in WI, some remote work is acceptable.

SR Service Engineer
➢ Compensation Plan: open to discussion $50+hr
Optional 4 day work week option: Rotate Monday – Thursday or Tuesday – Friday $83,200 salary
potential extra 52 days off a year!!
On work off day. $75hr premium (If 5 days every week worked additional $28,800)
Potential Compensation $112,000+ plus $7,200 car allowance and bonus
Payroll is paid every 2 weeks and is paid via direct bank deposit.
➢ Car Allowance of $600 per month. (To be included in addition to salary)
➢** Potential Ownership/partnership opportunity- 12% ownership in Direc Machine Tool LLC to be fully vested after 5 years of Employment.

➢ Company Holidays (8) New Years Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and a company floater determined each year by management.

➢ Vacation Days – 2 weeks to be put into effect after 30 days of employment.
General Job Description:
• Repair all CNC machines as needed, Warranty and Non warranty
• Performed machine installations, setups, and organize plans with the machinery dealers for the installation of new machines.
• Find new service opportunities, help promote the sale of our equipment
• Help Order parts as needed to repair machines
• Implement Preventative Maintenance service
• Diagnosed and service a wide variety of CNC machines in addition to our brands.
• Bring new and fresh Ideas to simplify processes
• Provide first class customer service
