Position Overview: We are seeking talented Inside Sales professionals with experience in plumbing supply or related industrial supply sales. Base salary + strong commission structure!
Position Summary:
A full-time inside sales representative selling wholesale plumbing supplies. You will engage with clients through both inbound and outbound calls, consulting on a diverse range of plumbing products and services. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit who is motivated to surpass goals in a supportive and positive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client interactions via phone, email, and text, handling tasks such as coding, order entry, and issue resolution, typical of an account manager or inside sales role.
- Navigate the company's systems effectively, working on pricing strategies and profit margins, with a solid understanding of financial concepts such as multipliers.
- Address customer inquiries, often deciphering vague or incomplete information to fulfill orders accurately.
- Meet tight deadlines, managing a high volume of orders, particularly in the late afternoon, to ensure same-day shipping.
Qualifications:
Proven industry experience in sales or a related field.
Minimum of one year of direct sales experience.
Minimum of one year of experience in the plumbing industry.
Proficiency with Microsoft software like Word & Excel
