Administrative Assistant

W2 Contract 2 Months

Onsite, Casper, WY

Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

$19/hr

Responsibilities:

Responsible for general administrative duties including scanning, photocopying, filing, faxing, mailing, and data-entry
Answer and direct incoming calls
Accept, sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail including FedEx and UPS packages
Maintain office records and filling systems
Serve as liaison for all service and maintenance vendors
Assist with special projects and other general office tasks as needed.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years administrative and facilities support
Strong work ethic, self-starter, positive attitude
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the highest degree of discretion
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet stated deadlines
Strong attention to detail and desire for accuracy
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Good Verbal and written communication skills
