Minimum Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
● 10 + years of experience as a Salesforce Developer working in a scalable environment
with 4+ years of experience with Apex, Lightning development, ideally as part of a
Lightning migration along with hands-on experience with Salesforce sales cloud and/or
service cloud.
● Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, Platform App Builder.
● Experienced in building integrations with Rest API, Platform Events,Lightning Web
Components and Streaming APIs.
● Thorough understanding of salesforce system limits to build at scale.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to influence a
large organization and grow within a team.
● Experience with performance tuning and optimization of Salesforce applications.
● Proven experience in leading technical projects and mentoring junior developers.
● Experience applying Salesforce design patterns to solve complex development
problems.
● Hands-on experience with CRM Analytics, including creating and managing reports and
dashboards.
Preferred Qualifications:
● Experience working in an Agile / Scrum environment.
● Lightning Web Components built to scale previously.
● Familiarity with Salesforce DX, version control systems (e.g., Git), and CI/CD practices.
● Deep understanding of Salesforce security models and best practices for data privacy
