Job Description:
• The Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Functional SME provides end-to-end solutions that address client’s business requirements and solve business problems using Oracle Cloud applications, with the ability to lead a team.
Required Skills:
• Minimum 6-Years of Oracle HCM Cloud US Payroll end to end implementation experience.
• Should have completed more than three full implementation projects in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll.
• Candidates with HR, Talent Management, Recruiting, Workforce Management, and HCM analytics with multi-Org experience would be preferred.
• Provide functional application leadership and guidance to the team.
• Have a positive, dynamic, and flexible attitude, and should be an excellent team player.
• Has excellent English spoken and written language communication skills.
• Conduct workshops and advise the client on the best practices for adoption of the solution.
