As a Sales Representative of Insurances, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our insurance products. Your primary responsibility will be to generate new business by selling our insurance policies to prospective clients and providing excellent service to maintain and expand relationships with existing clients. You will act as a key point of contact between the company and our clients, ensuring their needs are met with suitable insurance solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process the leads that the company provides
- Identify and approach potential clients through several channels, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to foster loyalty and ensure long-term engagement.
- Understand clients' insurance needs and provide suitable policy recommendations.
- Conduct product presentations and explain the benefits and features of various insurance policies.
- Prepare and present customized insurance quotes to clients.
- Negotiate terms and conditions to close sales effectively.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED Experience
- Life & Health License (Not Necessary to start de processes)
