Job Description:
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting real-time business assessments, including SWOT analysis, customer needs analysis, and market share evaluation.
- Developing and executing comprehensive business and sales plans to achieve territory goals.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and fostering positive relationships with clients.
- Expanding the distribution network and customer base through targeted initiatives.
- Introducing new products with customer-specific value propositions to drive sales.
- Providing accurate territory forecasting and contributing to product development strategies.
- Maintaining customer database and CRM profiles to optimize sales strategies.
- Coordinating local and national trade shows to showcase our solutions and network with industry professionals.
- Providing sales and after-sales support to dealers to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
Travel Requirements:
This position requires approximately 75% travel within the Southeast region and occasionally to other parts of North America for trade shows and business meetings.
Territory:
Covering the Southeast region, including Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia and Florida.
Experience Requirements:
Preferred previous sales experience in Construction Equipment/Attachment sales.
