Job Type: Ongoing Contract (W2, Weekly Pay, Benefits Available)
Hours: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM PST
Location: Fully Remote (Can sit anywhere in the US, must work PST hours)
Compensation: Competitive and based on experience
Responsibilities:
• Diagnosis verifications
• COCs (coordination of care) for CSNP members
• Welcome calls (answering basic benefit questions)
• Health risk assessments
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bilingual - English and Spanish OR Mandarin
- Healthcare experience
- Great customer service skills
