We are seeking a Manager to lead our data streaming team in designing, building, and maintaining real-time scalable data infrastructure and pipelines.
Qualifications:
- Hands on experience in data streaming (Kafka and Kafka Streaming)
- This person will be wearing multiple hats--coaching and mentoring, serving as a technical SME to the team, people management, proactive problem-solving
- Ideally has experience managing a real time streaming pipeline using Java Microservices with Kafka and Deployed in Kubernetes.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
This role is ideal for a strategic leader with a passion for building high-performance data teams and infrastructure.
