Role Overview
In this position, you will collaborate closely with the Sales Teams to ensure alignment between the Services organization and the sales pipeline. You will play a key role in understanding key prospects and effectively positioning our Technical Account Management.
Responsibilities:
- The team lead of contact, ensuring effective communication and support
- Create tools and processes to enhance team performance and accelerate value delivery to customers
- Analyze Salesforce usage trends and Success Plan adoption to assist Customer Success Managers and Account Executives, representing customer needs during critical issue resolutions.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years in fields such as Enterprise Architecture, Technology Consulting, or Salesforce Administration
- Utilizing Salesforce APIs and has one Salesforce certification
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate, present to organizational levels, including with executives
- Proven experience in managing or leading small teams
