Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their logistics needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Order Management: Oversee the booking process, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of customer orders.
- Load Optimization: Collaborate with operations to build efficient load plans that maximize resource utilization.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues that arise during the shipping process, acting as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Sales and Upselling: Identify opportunities for upselling additional services and solutions to meet clients' evolving needs.
- Negotiation: Negotiate pricing and service agreements with customers, ensuring competitive rates while maintaining profitability.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate service effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Documentation: Ensure all necessary documentation is accurate and compliant with regulations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including operations, customer service, and finance, to ensure seamless service delivery.
Experience:
Account Manager - Minimal 3 years
