Job Description
As a Sales Advisor at Fusalp, you play a key role in our client's in-store experience. You are responsible for welcoming clients, advising them on products according to their needs and preferences, and guiding them through the purchasing process. You are passionate about Fusalp products, fashion trends and client needs. You create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere in the store, providing high-quality customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
As a Sales Advisor at Fusalp, your main tasks are :
Be an ambassador for the Fusalp brand:
- You represent and transmit Fusalp's values to clients and new employees.
- You welcome and advise our local and international clients.
- You build client loyalty through retail sales and high quality service. Your people skills make every Fusalp experience memorable.
Take part in the day-to-day running of the shop:
- You participate in the merchandising of our collection in line with the brand's standards.
- You contribute to the smooth running of daily sales and ensure that the shop is properly maintained.
- You take part in other operational tasks of the shop such as ; customer orders, receipt of goods, labelling, inventories, stock management, after-sales care, cashier management, opening / closing, and maintenance of the shop.
- You apply the shop's security guidelines (theft and loss prevention).
Be a versatile and competent salesperson:
- You monitor sales performance indicators against set targets.
- You are proactive in marketing activities.
- You take part in the brand's training programmes.
- You are always on the lookout for new client opportunities.
The scope of these tasks may change depending on the company's needs.
Profile required:
- You're passionate about skiing, fashion, and luxury goods. You always go above and beyond, and relish a challenge in order to achieve team goals and KPI's.
- You have at least 3 years' experience in a high-end premium environment.
- You know how to deliver excellent customer service and a tailored client experience.
- You are dynamic, versatile and have an acute sense of performance and attention to detail.
