Business Development Manager
Central Maine
Requirements of the Business Development Manager:
- Bachelor’s degree and/ or 5 years of experience building a territory in a B2B environment.
- Passion and proficiency with CRM systems and technology.
- Proven ability to develop new business opportunities and nurture customer relationships.
- Success-driven and results-oriented.
- Based in Central Maine and possess a valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout Central and Northern Maine.
- Experience in the printing industry is a plus.

Responsibilities of the Business Development Manager:
- Develop new customers through networking, cold calling, referral generation.
- Meet and exceed established new business sales goals while promoting customer satisfaction and expanding repeat business with existing customers.
- Utilize an empathy-based sales approach to creatively prospect new customers in Central, Western and Northern Maine.
- Use the consultative process to discover and provide customer solutions.
- Maintain database of current and prospective customers.
- Work collaboratively with dedicated customer service representative.
- Network through local events, trade shows, social media, and other sources.
