The Job duties include building strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, collaborating with strong internal design team to create efficient, cost effective construction and design solutions that meet the owner's immediate and future needs and budget requirements.
- Oversee entire Preconstruction process
- Focus on cost analysis and estimating
- Work autonomously, reporting to VP of Construction
- Manage very reasonable workload with lots of support
- Excellent communication skills, negotiation skills with a positive, can-do attitude.
Requirements include -
- Bachelors in Construction Management or at least 5 years estimating/Precon in a GC construction (preferably multi-family) environment
- Strong technology skills and knowledgeable with most estimating, database and construction management apps and platforms
- Ability to develop positive working relationships with all stakeholders.
