Foster Lawson are currently partnered with an industry leader in the Packaging and Containers space, who are looking for a Sales Manager to join their team in Pennsylvania.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in selling corrugated POP displays, and a track record of driving sales growth.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for strategic direction of territory as well as achieving corporate stated goals
- Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition
- Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Customer Service organization to present a common "face" to the customer, and to continuously recognize new sales opportunities.
- Recommend new strategies and business opportunities for growth
- Establish and maintain a "consultative" selling relationship with the customer.
- Take proactive ownership for personal training and career development.
- Track and analyze key metrics, including pipeline growth, win/loss rates, and goal achievement
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience selling corrugated POP displays
- 7+ years of team leadership experience in a sales environment
- Bachelors Degree preferred but not required
