Must haves:
- 2 years of experience with Active Directory, Windows 7/10, Microsoft Office Suites, IOS, and TCP/IP printers.
- Prior call center experience
- Understanding of HIPAA and security protocols to protect PHI
- College Graduate or equivalent certification/ work experience
Plusses:
- Knowledge of ITIL and project management
- Healthcare experience
- A+, MCP, or MCSE
