Job Title: Immigration Paralegal
Location: On-site – San Francisco, CA
Pay Rate: $20-$30/hr.
Currently hiring for a knowledgeable Immigration Paralegal to join a reputable boutique immigration firm out of their San Francisco, CA location! The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in employment-based immigration law, preferably in a large law firm environment. Additionally, the firm is looking for someone with a strong understanding of Nonimmigrant Visas (NIV) and proficiency in legal document preparation and case management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program.
- 2-5 years of experience in employment-based immigration law.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, INSZoom, and document management systems.
- Strong writing and organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking ability.
- Capable of working independently while contributing to team goals.
