SUMMARY:
The Administrator, Data Governance Customer & Brand will lead new business setup operations as well as data maintenance for proprietary GWFG systems. They will react with speed and efficiency when new business is acquired, and new items are created. They will also ensure to maintain current items, specs, and other necessary information to continue to grow sales. This dynamic role will be met with a requirement to move with urgency as they meet the needs of all cross-functional teams within GWFG. This role will report to the Director of Retail Strategy.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Setup newly acquired customers for domestic and international business
• Create new items including UPCs with databases such as GS1, GS1 Canada, 1WorldSync, etc.
• Maintain current item profiles within databases already listed
• Track accruals and demos for customers such as Costco, Sam’s Club and Trader Joe’s
• Work cross-functionally with teams such as Finance to identify customer deductions and deal memo verification
• Create and maintain specs for all items within the GWFG portfolio, including international
• Work with our Sales team to ensure online marketplace profiles for GWFG items are up to date with the correct specifications
• Support deal management via DemandTec, Smart & Final, SV Harbor/UNFI, etc.
• Support bidding processes across multiple customers
• Support coupon setup utilizing Mandlik & Rhodes
• Execute distributor setup to include KeHE, Titanium Canada, RJW, etc.
• Support the maintenance of the National Price List
• Support and provide deal memos to the sales team
• Analyse and reconcile deductions from customer accounting for reporting purposes
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Experience:
• Demonstrated strong analytical and strategic thinking skills are required
• Strong communication skills are required
• Strong collaborator with a demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally
• Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment is required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Office suites
• Attention to detail is required
• Ability to adapt to the pace of an essential team
