Customer experience management team is looking for a passionate leader to build, develop and lead a newly formed team! The team will be responsible for building and implementing customer data platforms. The team is fast growing and requires a strong leader to provide strategic thought leadership to achieve its vision of connecting data across systems and unlocking value of customer data and thinking customer first. The current role is aimed at understanding entire Mar-tech Stack and how data is flowing across systems for enabling end to end rich experience for customers. Will work with teams to figure out the types of data flowing across source systems and develop approaches and points of views on creating a connected view. You will closely collaborate with product, engineering, and data science across time zones teams to design scalable productized solutions. Mentor and manage large teams and bring innovative approaches to unlock the value of customer data.
You will own and influence our CXM insights and journey projects and will continuously innovate, advice and design best practices for analysing customer data, journeys, and insights. The candidate will develop and build new processes & point of views around customer insights best ways to grow the CXM practice. Be a champion for customer centricity for our clients bringing foresight to the organization through your drive for results, communication, and managerial courage. Spearhead thought leadership and solution design on CXM engagements which primarily includes Customer Analytics, Customer Experience, and Marketing Analytics
As a Manager/Senior Manager, you will:
- Work with clients leading digital consultation roles at Fortune 100 Retailers
- Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements and understand the underlying business problems. Serve as the bridge between business needs and analytical solutions.
- Collaboratively work with leadership and SMEs to create innovative solutions for business challenges. Utilize your understanding of retail data, digital data and analytics to drive decision-making.
- Leverage your expertise in Data such as Orders,Customer Data, Click Stream (Digital), Marketing, and Promotions Data, to provide effective solutions.
- Utilize advanced analytics and machine learning techniques such as segmentation/clustering, recommendation engines, propensity models, and forecasting to drive growth throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Be part of the Lead CXM engagements and strengthen the delivery by developing scalable & reusable assets, training analysts, and building a foundation.
- Assist in Opportunity identification / POV creation / Proposal for clients.
- Apply Agile methods to manage analytics projects efficiently, ensuring they deliver value quickly.
- Lead and mentor a team of data analysts and data engineers, fostering innovation and excellence.

Must-Have Skills:
- 10-15 years of professional experience in Analytics, showcasing demonstrated expertise in retail , customer and digital analytics projects
- Demonstrated capability in machine learning domains such as regression, classification, unsupervised learning
- Experience in digital analytics in areas such as evaluate digital tracking & implementation, AB testing , CDP Data Integration, digital journey orchestration and Conversion Optimization
- Experience in Building customer segments, Propensity Models, CLTV Models, Recommender system, Web Personalization etc.
- Experience in working tools suchs Adobe Analytics, AEP, Adobe Target, AJO, GA4, GTM, Google Ads etc
- Experience working in Data Products and experience in developing Retail Data Models, Customer Data Models, Promotions Data Models, Clickstream Data Models etc.
- Advanced programming skills in SQL, Python, and PySpark, capable of leading and guiding teams.
- Experience working with platforms such as GCP, Azure, AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, etc.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau ,PowerBI , Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics etc to craft insightful visual reports and dashboards.
- Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and project management capabilities to navigate complex projects effectively. 5+ years of team management
- Leadership experience with a proven track record of mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
- Effective communication skills, adept at presenting complex insights to stakeholders in a clear and impactful manner
