PROJECT CONTROLS MANAGER

We are seeking a Project Controls Manager to be responsible for managing and coordinating project controls activities for EPC projects to include: scheduling, budgeting, estimating, risk management, reporting, contract administration. (primarily planning/scheduling)
Responsibilities of the Project Controls Manager includes:
- Leading the development of project executing strategies
- Coordinating with project management on reporting, project control activities and other services.
- Managing development of procedures for various project control activities including budget preparation, forecasts, progress validation and related cost engineering and planning/scheduling functions.
- Managing planning and scheduling activities including detailed project schedules, progress and performance monitoring, schedule deviations and workaround solutions.
- Planning and managing the execution of internal audits of critical internal control systems.
- Managing cost engineering activities including development and implementation of cost control systems, invoice processing, monthly cost reporting, trending, FAC Analysis, cost variance analysis, funding budgets and cash flows.
- Ensure full integration between the estimating, cost control, planning and scheduling and risk management functions within EPC projects.
Skills/Qualifications of Project Controls Manager should include:
- Bachelor's degree or Managers degree
- Extensive experience on EPC projects
- Experience leading a group responsible for control of planning, scheduling, cost control and cost estimating
