Maintenance Technician
We are searching for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join a well-established company in Cleveland Ohio. This position is responsible for thorough inspections, troubleshooting, and maintaining a wide variety of industrial building equipment and process systems including plumbing and electrical/mechanical maintenance.
Salary- $25-30 per hour with overtime
Hours- 6:30-3pm Flexible
Responsibilities and Duties
- Perform preventative maintenance.
- Repair of equipment breakdowns.
- Orders parts from vendors
- Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic, in the troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
- Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments to all machinery equipment, and building facilities.
- Respond to building emergencies.
- Coordinate with contractors as needed.
- Maintain good housekeeping in the maintenance department and after completing jobs.
Knowledge / Skills / Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required, with at least 5 years industrial electrical/mechanical maintenance experience.
- Working knowledge of electrical systems & controls.
- Mechanical machine repair experience.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Detail oriented.
- Strong communication skills.
