Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
- Data entry in various platforms
Qualifications
- Experience: At least 1 year of corporate experience in administration, customer service, or logistics.
- Education: High school diploma required.
- Software Proficiency: Proficient in Excel and Outlook; familiarity with AS400 and various carrier websites is advantageous.
