Our Employee-Owned, Healthcare Systems Division is seeking an experienced Software Salesperson in Southwest Georgia and Northwest Florida. This is a FULL-TIME position, and we are seeking professionals who will play a critical role in driving maximum value within our acute care accounts, taking full ownership of client retention and account development. Upon joining MetroPower/ESS, the Software Salesperson will adopt key stakeholder relationships with a portfolio of customers and be responsible for identifying upsell opportunities, managing projects, ensuring goals are met, and provide first class customer satisfaction. Always perform business in accordance with PPC and MetroPower, Inc. mission and vision statements.
What you will do:
Support the development and execution of customer strategies that align with defined key business metrics, including client retention, revenue growth, cost savings, and profitability
Become a trusted advisor within your portfolio of customers by deeply understanding their business and aligning their needs to our solutions
Develop and grow key customer relationships at multiple levels of the organization to open channels of communication and promote business growth
Project management and problem solving to drive outcomes for customers
Ongoing in-service educations with clinical staff on our products and services
Support strategic customer meetings to communicate best practices, business results, and successes
Ability to support new software product installations or new program implementations at a customer site
Attend Healthcare & IT software vendor shows, charity events, and other key events
Responsible providing sales reports and monthly customer billing
Qualifications:
3-5 years of software sales and/or healthcare sales experience (Rauland Nurse Call product knowledge preferred)
Bachelors’ Degree in Business Management, Sales, Healthcare Administration, or any related degree
Strong analytical skills including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
Strong presentation skills, including (one-on-one, groups, and boardroom settings).
Outstanding computer-based skills (Salesforce.com, Microsoft Office, etc.)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be a self-starter
Willing to travel 80% (territory from Americus to Panama City Beach) Overnight travel 10%
