Job Summary:
We are seeking motivated and ambitious individuals for our Management Trainee Program in Warehouse Management and Supply Chain. This program is designed to develop future leaders who will play a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency and reducing costs within our growing organization.
Requirements:
- Passion for Logistics and Supply Chain: Strong commitment to the logistics and supply chain sectors, with an interest in international business. Embrace challenges with resilience and discipline, while striving for personal growth and career success.
- Self-Iteration: High level of self-motivation, curiosity, and eagerness to learn. Ability to think logically and approach problems from multiple perspectives.
- Sense of Responsibility: Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of accountability. Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and collaborate across departments to drive initiatives forward.
- Language Proficiency: Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese is required.
- Experience: Less than one year of full-time work experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
