Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Trial Attorney located in Mobile, AL. The Trial Attorney will be responsible for handling motions, preparing for trials, representing clients in court, conducting depositions, and advocating for clients' rights through legal processes.
Qualifications
- Law and Legal Proceedings skills
- Experience in handling Motions and Depositions
- Knowledge of Courts and Trial processes
- Strong advocacy and negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar and in good standing
