Job description
We’re seeking an experienced Associate/Partner with PA litigation expertise, ideally with a background in General Liability, Professional Liability, Healthcare, or Labor & Employment. Strong knowledge of federal and state civil procedures is required.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of litigation from initiation to expert discovery
- Appear in court, attend hearings, depositions, and conferences
- Conduct legal research and draft discovery, motions, and legal memoranda
- Engage with clients to provide legal updates and advice
Qualifications:
- PA bar admission with litigation experience
- Skilled in drafting discovery, depositions, and motion arguments
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Lexis
