Our client, a property management firm that specializes in affordable housing in Philadelphia, seeks an APM w/ Section 8, HUD, affordable experience for one of their properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing property operations and tenant relations
- Ensure compliance with Section 8, HUD, and other affordable housing programs
- Process tenant certifications and recertifications
- Collect rents and enforce lease agreements
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to address tenant concerns
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management, preferably in affordable housing
- Knowledge of Section 8, HUD programs, and fair housing regulations
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in property management software
Preferred:
- Certification in affordable housing compliance (e.g., COS, HCCP)
- Bilingual (Spanish)
