Mobile Aspects, a global hospital operations software company, is hiring a Customer Success Account Manager based in Boston.
OPPORTUNITY:
As our Customer Success Manager in the Boston market, you will nurture relationships and conduct onsite meetings with existing customers to ensure high levels of customer adoption and customer support. Conduct periodic business reviews with hospital administrators, department leaders and hospital staff to review data coming out of Mobile Aspects’ iRIS product platform and ensure high-priority issues are addressed. You will be backed by world-class products and a knowledgeable staff of functional and technical resources. Reporting to the CEO, you will have an exceptional income growth opportunity as you will earn incentive commissions on customer renewals.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Monitor key metrics that measure customer satisfaction and renewals.
- Create and maintain account plans for each account and see initiatives through to completion with detailed records of regular customer communication.
- Engage with C-suite executives, department leaders, and end-users to align goals and review their site’s existing solutions and workflow.
- Monitor customer usage, lead data-driven business reviews and proactively resolve issues with actionable recommendations to prevent negative impact on customers.
- Master the iRIS product platform and align it with hospital workflows.
- Become an expert on hospital supply chain management, endoscope management and tissue management.
- Work with Product teams to prioritize new features and interim solutions to offer strategic product roadmaps based on customer feedback.
- Assist with technical troubleshooting and new project implementations.
- Use account management tools to track milestones and performance.
SUCCESS FACTORS:
- Experience working with the hospital market in a consulting, account manager or sales role.
- Understanding and usage of tech-related products or services or having a tech-oriented mindset.
- Value based customer service approach with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-disciplined to effectively work your accounts to achieve results.
- Ambitious, driven and confident with a strong work ethic.
- Electronic Health Records (EHR) knowledge is helpful.
- A customer-centric approach with the ability to identify customer pain points and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Able to travel daily to local hospitals within your Boston territory.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Mobile Aspects will reward your sales talents with a compensation plan that includes a lucrative base salary plus a generous incentive commission plan to reward your customer renewals. First year on-target earnings (OTE) expected to be $140K - $145K. You will enjoy a generous benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and paid vacation. A company laptop will be provided. Mileage and other travel expenses are reimbursed. Office remotely from home.
