Job Scope:
Join Liberty Hardware as a Digital Content Specialist Supervisor and embark on a journey to craft a world-class digital presence. This pivotal role is responsible for maintaining product data and digital asset integrity across omni-channel and online-only product lines using online retailer platforms. Collaborate with other teams such as Marketing Services, Digital Operations, Sales Support, and the Digital Marketing team to successfully implement and support their daily tasks. Partner with retailer Brand Advocates to understand and implement customer standards, and communicate these updates to ensure product assets and attributes meet customer requirements. Supervise and coordinate the activities of the Digital Content Specialists to achieve outstanding results.
Responsibilities:
Digital Content Specialist Team Management
- Hiring, onboarding, and training all Digital Content Specialists.
- Monitor Digital Content Specialist workloads to determine efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategic flex plans to ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Assign and manage DigiOp Maintenance requests for online product page updates for the Digital Asset Specialist team.
Core Responsibilities
- Responsible for external item setup for both omni and online products using retailer portals.
- Maintain product content integrity across retailer platforms.
- Identify and champion continuous improvement opportunities to improve process efficiencies for the Digital Content Specialist team.
- Maintain an audit process for product pages to ensure accuracy and integrity of merchandising standards.
- Manage the process for removing discontinued items from customer portals as needed.
- Submit related and group items to ensure they are accurately linked within a page.
- Cultivate relationships with Brand Advocates across retailers to partner on mutually beneficial initiatives.
- Maintain product merchandising standards across customers and categories to ensure accurate item setup.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure internal product data and assets are accurate and up-to-date based on customers' changing standards.
- Perform other duties as identified and assigned to drive the team’s success.
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in data, marketing, eCommerce, or equivalent experience.
- 3-4 years of proven experience and/or training in digital content management.
- Demonstrated history of positive leadership behaviors.
- Prior experience supervising others, managing team workloads, and prioritizing resources is preferred.
- Skilled in Microsoft suite of programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
