We are seeking a talented and experienced Technology Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security and telecommunications systems, with expertise in designing technology infrastructure for a variety of market sectors. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects, including data centres, while utilizing advanced design tools and methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and document security and telecommunications systems for commercial, industrial, and other specialized facilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative technology solutions.
- Utilize Revit for design and modelling of technology systems.
- Contribute to the design and layout of data centre systems, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
- Ensure project deliverables meet client specifications, industry standards, and budget requirements.
Qualifications:
- 4-8 years of experience in technology design, with a focus on security and telecommunications systems.
- Proficiency in Revit for design documentation and system modelling.
- Experience with data centre design and related technologies.
- Strong understanding of industry standards and best practices.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- RCDD certification or equivalent is a plus.
- Familiarity with structured cabling, audio/visual systems, and system integration.
