Key Responsibilities:

- Quality Control: Troubleshoot and validate production issues, ensuring that every product meets our stringent quality requirements.
- Safety Leadership: Promote a culture of safety and compliance by conducting regular training sessions and enforcing safety regulations.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including inventory management, engineering, and quality assurance, to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Bring to the Role:
- 5-10 years of manufacturing experience with a strong background in supervising teams.
- A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Operations Management is preferred (an Associate’s degree is acceptable with relevant experience).
- Lean manufacturing expertise with a track record of driving process improvements.
- Experience in troubleshooting, testing, and validation in a production environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and engage a diverse team.
