Requirements and Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship Required: This position requires a security clearance for access to classified information. U.S. citizenship is mandatory to obtain the necessary clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree (Computer/Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Math) or equivalent
- 5+ years’ of experience with Java 9+, Java Persistence API (JPA), Hibernate, REST, backend, DOD experience, Spring Framework and Spring Boot
- Experience with database technologies such as PostgreSQL
- Understanding of Microservices architecture
- Understanding of design, implementation, and testing of large software systems
- Familiarity with code and process management tools such as Confluence, JIRA, Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins
