Lead and manage the implementation and optimization of SAP S4 HANA solutions and automation platforms, including ownership, management of strategic planning, project management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment and integration of technologies to enhance business processes and deliver business outcome improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and direct the support team in all aspects related to SAP S4 HANA and automation platform project management.
- Plan for collaboration of all stakeholders (business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors) to gather requirements and ensure alignment on project objectives including effective communication between technical teams and business users and leaders in all milestone and overall project timelines.
- Oversee and coordinate with the SAP and Automation Technical lead the set up and implementation of the technical infrastructure and operational framework for any new application, system or platform.
- Co-lead strategic planning and implementation of robotic automation including the identification of automation opportunities, assess automation feasibility and benefits, and the use and determination of which robotic automation technology(ies) (Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Machine Learning (ML) would meet business outcome(s).
- Ensure processes and work standards are in place and followed to be in compliance with IT General Controls (ITGC) including keeping control language current, identification of new controls, and supporting internal or external auditors as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in business administration, computer science, information technology, or in a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in experience in program or project management, with a focus on SAP S4 HANA and automation platforms.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale technology implementations.
- Strong understanding of SAP modules, business processes, and automation technologies (e.g., RPA, workflow automation).
- Project management certification.
