Position: Assistant Project Manager
Location: Manhattan, NY
Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 (depending on experience)

With a strong portfolio of high-profile commercial and residential projects, they are dedicated to preserving New York’s iconic architecture while ensuring safety and compliance at the highest standards. The company is expanding and seeking a talented Assistant Project Manager to support their growing operations.
About the Role:
As the Assistant Project Manager, you will play a key role in helping to deliver complex restoration projects across Manhattan. You’ll work alongside a team of skilled professionals and support the Project Manager in all aspects of project execution. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2+ years of experience in restoration construction, looking to take the next step in their career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing facading, roofing, and sidewalk restoration projects from start to finish
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely project completion
- Prepare and maintain essential project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and requisitions
- Conduct site visits, participate in inspections, and ensure safety protocols are followed
- Help manage project budgets, timelines, and schedules
- Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project communication
Ideal Candidate:
- 2+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably in restoration, roofing, or facade
- Familiarity with NYC building codes and safety regulations
- Proficient in project management tools such as ProCore, BlueBeam, or Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive problem-solver with a high attention to detail
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary between $75,000 and $90,000, based on experience
