Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee clinical staff for program management and regulatory compliance (CIHQ, DNV, JACHO).
- Lead project management and capital planning initiatives.
- Foster strong client and customer relationships.
- Manage purchasing and subcontracting operations.
- Oversee financial performance and budget management.
- Lead hiring, training, and development of staff.
- Drive organic sales growth.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience managing biomedical services in a large healthcare system.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance (CIHQ, DNV, JACHO).
- Proven executive and C-suite experience.
- Strong business acumen and leadership skills.
