Responsibilities:
- Support the strategy, planning, design, implementation, management, and performance of ServiceNow Configuration Management solutions to align with the strategic objectives and operational needs.
- Collaborate with technical stakeholders to define configuration items and classes, their attributes, and data collection.
- Ensure timely and accurate population of data into the appropriate ServiceNow tables to support ITSM modules and business objectives.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency with ServiceNow.
- Understanding of capabilities, business applications, services, products, software packages, and their functionality within the ITIL model.
- Ability to communicate and implement the ITIL CMDB model effectively.
- Knowledge of the ServiceNow CSDM model.
- Operational experience in creating and managing Configuration Items (CIs) in the ServiceNow CMDB and AMDB.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and ensure adherence to governance standards.
- Broad knowledge of IT infrastructure topology, including typical product, application, server, and networking configurations.
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Project, Word, Excel) and Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence).
