Job Title: CBT Training Consultant
Location: Houston (Downtown), TX (100% onsite)
Duration: 6-12 months contract with High Possibility of extension

Client is using a CBT Training Software called Articulate. So experience in Articulate experience is MUST.
Qualifications
Position Overview: The training resource will be responsible for developing, organizing, and delivering comprehensive system training for end users impacted by the Documentum (D2) implementation. This role requires a deep understanding of the system, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create engaging materials that facilitate learning and adoption. Experience training on systems designed for Engineering, Construction, or Operations preferred.
Knowledge and Skills
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong knowledge of IT systems, Documentum D2 or other ECM experience preferred
Ability to explain complex technical concepts in easy to understand language
Proficiency in creating training materials using various tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, e-learning authoring software, video editing tools, etc.)
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Education, Business, Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field or work experience.
Minimum of 5 years experience in IT training, system implementation, or related role
Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs for IT systems
