A renowned heavy civil GC operating across the South Eastern United States has the opportunity for a Project Manager to join their ranks. Experiencing consecutive growth year upon year they are seeking an individual with experience managing heavy highway projects.
The Position:
- Overseeing and expediting projects and crews.
- Liaison with clients to ensure exact specifications within a project are met.
- Manage and supervise budget controls, CPM and project schedules,
- Proactively address any issues that may arise during a project.
- Conduct occasional field inspections.
- Communicate with upper management and colleagues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering or similar fields.
- Experience with Heavy civil construction projects - Highways, roads and asphalt projects, etc.
- 5 years of Project management experience with heavy civil construction industry.
- Familiar with managing schedules and budget controls.
- Estimating experience preferred.
