Bickel Group Architecture is seeking an Architectural Staff member with relevant project experience. In this role, you will work with multiple teams and support multiple projects in multiple phases, from early concept through construction administration, ensuring we deliver well-designed projects to our clients with the highest level of care, consideration, and expertise. You will grow and leverage your creative, organizational, communicative, and problem-solving skills as a critical member of the project team.

Responsibilities of Role:
- Support projects through all phases of design/construction
- Work with project team and build/maintain relationships
- Participate in design process, including due diligence, feasibility studies, and schematic design
- Balance design intent with necessary code, programmatic, and budget needs as directed
- Resolve technical and design issues with the team
- Prepare accurate and high quality project delivery documents
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
- Working toward Licensure preferred
- 1+ years of relevant experience preferred
- Effective and flexible written, graphic, and verbal communication skills
- Superior organization skills, including the ability to prioritize and adapt
- Able to work effectively with a variety of team compositions
- Effective at creative problem solving
- Proficient with AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and SketchUp
- Revit experience preferred
- Growing knowledge of building codes, and local permitting
